Diego has over 20 years of industry experience. He is the only ASI Diploma Sommelier in Brazil, as well as the only three-time winner of the Best Brazilian Sommelier title. Diego works as a consultant sommelier at EntreCopos, his company, consulting for restaurants, wineries, regional & national promotion bodies, as well as private wine lovers. He is also an educator at the Brazilian Sommeliers Association and for WSET and FWS courses and creator and ambassador for Arya Wines.
